It’s hard to believe November has already slipped away, and December is here with twinkle lights and excitement in the air! Our classrooms were buzzing last month with learning, laughter, and special moments worth celebrating.
November Themes We Loved
Throughout the month, our students explored Scarecrows, Veterans, Turkeys, and Giving Thanks. The Mustang classroom had a special treat — two guest speakers who are military veterans! They shared stories about serving in the armed forces and answered LOTS of curious questions. Our little learners listened wide-eyed as they discovered just how important and brave our soldiers are.
A Feast to Remember
Every classroom enjoyed a Thanksgiving celebration, but the Mustang class went full feast mode! Their plates were piled high with turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, stuffing, corn, and a sweet dessert to top it all off. The smiles were big, the bellies were full, and the gratitude was overflowing. We hope your families enjoyed just as much joy and togetherness over the holiday break!
December Mission: Fill Up the Trailer
Now that December is here, we’re spreading kindness in a big way with our FILL UP THE TRAILER holiday project!
This year, we’re collecting donations for The Humane Society — because pets deserve Christmas cheer too! A list of needed items is posted right on the trailer in the Discoveries parking lot. If you’d like to participate, simply drop your donation in the trailer and watch it fill up!
