Off Track Daycare
The introduction of early release days in public schools has posed new problems for working parents. Discoveries Preschool and Childcare is your answer to that problem. We provide care and transportation for your child's off track days.
Off Track care curriculum
Off track care encompasses children of varying ages. Children in this program have access to all of our learning centers. We base our learning around fun, exploration, and discovery. We also offer four age-appropriate playgrounds for your children to enjoy.

Vacation care curriculum
During school breaks and summer, our programs encourage older children to join in on the fun. We meet in the Big Horns class and enjoy many of the same activities. The curriculum is geared to the older level of children and we still use all the fun learning centers listed above.
Weekly activity schedule:
- Monday: Art and creative choices
- Tuesday: Water day including water science experiments
- Wednesday: Field trips to parks and nature adventures
- Thursday: Field trips to fun activities. Bowling, skating, jumping and exploring our community
- Friday: Bike day is always a fun time. The children are invited to bring bikes, helmet, skates and scooters to ride.
Off Track transportation
All schools have various early releases on specific days, seasonal student breaks, and school conferences. All of these trips are part of our transportation services. This service requires coordination and flexibility. Our three vans ensure your child is delivered and picked up timely.
Morning drop off
Our staff will escort your children to the elementary schools playground. We will stay with the younger kindergarten children on the playground and wait until their teachers come to take them into the class for safety.
Afternoon pick up
We have designated places on school grounds for children to meet for pick up. Our driver ensures that all children are safe and accounted for before leaving the school.
Safety First
All children are safely buckled in and role is called before the van leaves our school or the child’s elementary school. This service is provided as a standalone service for parents who need assistance for their child’s off track school hours. It is on a first come first serve basis. However, if your child is enrolled in our before and after school program they already have a spot in this program.
