August was a fun-filled month of learning, growing, and making special memories at Discoveries Preschool! Our students enjoyed plenty of hands-on experiences that encouraged curiosity, creativity, and connection with our community.
One of the highlights of the month was spending time in our garden. The children loved planting, caring for their plants, and watching the garden grow. These activities gave them a chance to learn more about nature, responsibility, and where plants come from—all while getting their hands a little dirty!
We also spent time learning about the important work of firefighters and first responders. Through special activities and conversations, the children learned more about the people who help keep our homes, schools, and communities safe.
A very special thank you to all of our amazing firefighters and first responders for everything you do. We appreciate your bravery, kindness, and dedication to our community every day. ❤️🚒
As we welcome September, we’re excited for everything the fall season has in store! From an ice cream truck visit and family potlucks to seasonal crafts, outdoor adventures, special events, and plenty of opportunities to learn and celebrate together, there’s lots to look forward to.
We can’t wait to make even more wonderful memories with our Discoveries Preschool family this fall!
